"Stayed there because of my kids baseball tournament. Price was great and I got exactly what I hoped for. Room was clean. Floor was laminate hardwood so my allergies were good. No worn carpet to worry abt. Shower and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfy. My only negatives were the pool was closed. They told me it didn't open until Memorial Day and we were there the weekend before. A sign by the pool gate or at the check in counter would've been nice. It's was 85 when we checked in. "Close to everything. The building is old, but they do their best to keep it clean. If you’re looking for bougie, this isn’t it, but if you want close, clean and comfortable place to crash after a day in the shore area — this is it. "

"The place was great! We stayed at this location for our 4 night trip to cedar point with no problems! The price is pretty reasonable and not too far from the park. Everyone complaining about the trains must have never stayed in Sandusky..almost every hotel in the area has the same “problem”. We will definitely be back in the fall! "

"Very friendly staff. Newly remodeled in some areas, so other areas are still being improved. The room we stayed in was spacious with a desk and seating area with two chairs and a coffee table. The beds were double rather than queen, but they were comfortable and served their purpose for the night. We would definitely stay here again. Can't wait to see how the rest of the remodeling goes."

"The room is well organized with a nice size refrigerator, no freezer. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom sink is a little unusual however appeared new and quite clean. The floors were not as clean as the other surfaces in the room. The evening reception employee is amazing, very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay and the price of the room with our pet is wonderful."
