"Hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will make sure my family never stays at this property ever again. The customer service was horrible, we had a whole bathing suit mysteriously disappear from the shower while our room was being refreshed that the manager said they couldn’t do anything about, the rooms were gross and our bathroom door wouldn’t shut because the tile was bubbled up so the door couldn’t pass it, the location is in between food and the park so you have to...

"The staff was all right. My friends room had severe sanitary issues. My room was okay. The light switch in the bathroom had to be flipped on and off several times for the light to come on. The door in the stairs that leads outside sometimes didn’t work. Besides that it’s a Days Inn. You can’t expect to have some immaculate building. It’s a 55$ a night place. So there was valuable and it saved me money. All in all I’d stay again."

"I was double charged and treated very poorly when trying to investigate why at the front desk. After 3 trips and 4 staff members it was resolved. After this our room keys kept stop working so we made multiple trips to get new keys to our room. I never want to see that front desk again to say the least. Poor customer service. Facility was okay for budget hotel."

"Check in was horrible because the person was not trained well in using the computer system took almost 45min as there were 3 people in front of me checking in at 8pm. . Room was clean but only had enough toilet paper for one time use despite there being 2 spots for toilet paper. Front desk was able to get us some right away. "Had no tv for the 3 days we were there and no one would ever answer the phone when you would call front desk!! My kid had an accident in the bed which did not hurt the bed and they are charging me 250.00 dollars for having to change the sheets which a hotel is supposed to do anyway and im trying to get my 250 back because thats just ridiculous accidents happen especially with children!! "The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast."
