"I planned a last minute family get-a-way for our family (all adult children) within just a couple weeks of the trip. I was excited to see this home was available and big enough to accommodate all of us with plenty of space and games to keep us occupied. This was our first time to Grand Lake. The home has been very nicely renovated by the owner and everything was virtually brand new (as many items were). We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we able to take advantage of many of the inside activities as the weather was not the best; but we still had the best time just being with family. The owner was very accommodating when I had questions and was quick to reply. The one item we would have like to have had access to would have been a washer/dryer, especially being a lake property; but that should not overshadow anything else this home has to offer. 10 out of 10!!!!"

"Room was decent but it had a bad smell when you walked in. There was a empty wall airfreshener plug in and a little mold behind the toilet. Asked the cleaning staff to leave cleaning towels and toilet paper for next overnight stay, got back to room and nothing there. Had to go to office for the items. Breakfast was the usual continental items. 1st night coming back not a single parking space in the lot, we needed a handicap spot and had to park far from the entrance in a place that wasn't even a parking place. Otherwise, it was a decent stay for our needs"

"My family had a wonderful time, except for one of our jet skis taking on water, which has nothing to do with the property. It is pretty clear from the pictures, but you do have to go through a room to get to another. Our oldest (of 3 adult children) ended up sleeping on the couch instead of needing to go through the room at night/early morning to use the bathroom. The ice maker also doesn't produce a lot of ice and couldn't keep up with consumption, so I'd recommend buying some ice if you go through a lot like we do. We will consider returning as our stay was nice and we enjoyed ourselves. Hosts were great with communication."
