"The photographs in Hotels.com website of In Town Suites - Fairfield, room choices did not, in our experience, depict the room we rented. The carpet was filthy and stained from spilled liquids, sticky substances and caked dirt. Likewise, the vinyl flooring was spotted, dirt caked and sticky. The exhaust fan over the 2 electric cooking burners was caked with oily dust so badly we were afraid it would fall into our food if we used the burners. "If you are looking for a cute home-away-from-home I would recommend Little Ted’s Cottages. As a family of 5 this was perfect. Everyone had their own bed and it was cozy. The pool was very nice and there are plenty of free beaches, fishing spots, sites to see, and shopping within a few minutes drive. "

"The upstairs unit shower backed up and leaked into the bedroom. They offered a late checkout for the trouble, but I do not feel that was enough for the disgusting issue. They did send someone to fix it a few hours after being notified. The bed was comfy."
