"Pillows were very lumpy; bath towels were very thin; toilet paper was like paper towels, the shower gel in the shower was empty . Breakfast was not great - yogurt came from a machine , all the yogurt toppings were empty, there was no coffee where the cups were so you had to go to another area. We stay in many hotels in BG due to having kids who are students at BGSU; by far this was the most expensive and the one that we liked least . We would not stay again "

"Friendly and pleasant check in experience. Breakfast was very nice, clean and lots of choice. Breakfast staff very nice lady who took pride in providing a great experience. Easy access of the highway. We have stayed here numerous times and will again."

"Quick stop off for sleep. Front desk woman was quite lovely and kind. I only slept and then hit the road, so I can’t speak on much else, but the pillows weren’t ratchet, the rooms were outdated, but for the price, hard to beat. "

"The room and facility was Ok, not great. Carpet was a bit dirty and old, the shower was hard to turn on (faucet was old and worn) and we had to call for a hair dryer. Staff was nice and responsive. Overall, it was OK for a one night stay"

"The room was dirty and had a musty smell. The shower was so slippery i almost feel. The cable didn't work either. When i brought up these issues to the guy upfront he said he couldn't do anything. I will never stay there again. "

"So they have a continental breakfast and they have a pool they have a sauna in the pool area with a hot tub it's just the property is very dated and falling apart and you can see that they're trying to fix it up but it's not there yet so seem to be somewhat clean just everything's wore out so what stuff will really helpful and really nice and overall it wasn't a bad place to stay"
