"Staff were wonderful. Apres Ski was very busy on Friday night, Apr 5.....NCAA tournament. Beers were excellent, staff was quick food was OK. $130 gets you 2 16 oz Vail Brewing beers, 2 topo chicos NA, fries, crab salad sandwich loaded with mayo, medium plain salad, pork green chile stew (kindof). Health center is huge. Everything is aged. 200/night was a great price for vail. Right on the shuttle route. Doubletree highline was the same price for a room. But nothing else was less than 350. "I’m so glad we stayed here instead of a chain in carbondale or glenwood springs. This place was cute, clean, easy to find, and had some fun history to read about. I’d come back for sure. I didn’t have cell service but the wifi worked great. "
