The hotel was fantastic, and my family had a wonderful time there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The family room included board games, which was a great touch. There’s a cozy little restaurant on-site, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. We made amazing memories during our stay! Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, fun, and great service. We can’t wait to come back!

It was nice! Loved our stay. Bathrooms were dated but room real nice. Great view on balcony! Also restaurant lost and found was great!! Best pizza and salad around!! Good music and server was great! We totally enjoyed our stay!! People next to us were Rudy but front desk took care of it immediately!! Will definitely come again!

I was not happy that the TV didn't work until the following morning. Also, the parking by entrance "O" did not have enough handicap parking spots (only 3) - and was rather dark. There were also no lines showing the parking slots, so some cars took 1 1/2 spaces. The reception area was clean and the folks there very helpful. A complementary coffee pot would have been nice. The "Lost & Found" restaurant was quiet and convenient, and the food was tasty & a good amount. Excellent service from the waitstaff also.

Clean but showing it's age.

I checked in late at night after a wedding nearby. The lady at the desk was as friendly as I've ever encountered to the poiny of being a genuine standout of the stay. She was upbeat, happy and helpful, even at 11 at night. The room itself was a little worse for wear but seemed clean despite the wear and tear. The walls were thin, and I'm pretty sure I was downstairs from an entire herd of rhinoceri, but that's not the hotel's fault unless they want to revise their policy vis a vis ungulate guests.
