"The condo was spotless when we arrived. Everything was clean and very well organized. We will certainly make the Little Matterhorn one of our preferred places to stay in Estes when we have the opportunity to return."
"I loved this property. There was a few things that I didn't like. The pull out bed in the living room is broken. There are zip ties tolding things together. Then the bunk beds down stairs are not safe. The top bunk needs to be braced properly. It is not sturdy enough for anyone of any size. Then there was a tv down stairs but it didn't work. It would only play DVDs."
"This place was absolutely amazing and I already miss it. The view you get for the sunrise and stars at night are unforgettable. The condo was very clean, well kept, and very spacious. The balcony was so comfortable and relaxing to sit out on. The only issue I had was it’s a little tricky to find because there’s a tree in front of the number. The town and stores nearby were also enjoyable to walk around as well as visiting Rocky Mountain national park. I would definitely love to stay here again! "

"The condo was cozy and very clean. The decor just made you feel at home. And the view is amazing! You get to see the sunrise and also the beauty of the mountains and Mary’s Lake!! Will definitely be back and and stay here again!"
"The space was great for my family, however, the stairs did not have salt so it was slippery and wouldn’t be accessible easily for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. The beds were not comfortable at all. Besides that we had a great time and really enjoyed our time here. "
"The condo was clean and comfortable. The east facing windows were beautiful but there were no shades or curtains so the sun was brutal in the morning. The master shower Water pressure was almost non-existent. The beds were very comfortable. The whole condo was nicely decorated. The kitchen cabinets were not made for short people!"

We like to eat at Azteca in Granby. The murals on the buildings (as well as in Frazer) are excellent. There's a supermarket and hot springs not far away. There's a thrift store in case you forget gloves or hats or just want to support the cause.

Really solid little mountain ski area. Maybe not the widest variety of ski runs, but a great low key alternative to the big resorts.

I think it's a great city. It's small and less crowded than Grand Lake yet you are a short drive to the restaurants and attractions that Grand Lake offer.
"Our stay was lovely. It was a short drive to the lake and to paddle boarding. There were nice paths for walking our dog, and our teens enjoyed the wifi and the board games. "

"Great location with a beautiful view! We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning and enjoying the beautiful view. Clean, had everything we could possibly need. We would definitely stay again if back in the area!"
