"The Chelsea apartment was well set up for 4 people (2 couples) with 2 bathrooms aligned to the two bedrooms and a good sized common area and kitchen by NYC standards. The location was in a lively area of Chelsea with restaurants and nightlife around the corner on 8th, and an easy walk to numerous subway lines, midtown, Tribeca, etc."

"The garden themed accommodations were clean and cheerful. There were common areas in the kitchen, living room and sunroom. The sunroom had plenty of space with seating for my family of six whilst overlooking the Hudson and New York skyline. This is where we spent most of our time together in the space. "Since it was first time with VRBO, I was a little nervous about the whole process going into it. Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. We flew into White Plains and it is just a 20 minute ride away. The apartment was clean and convenient. We only ate 3 meals in 5 days away from there. "The Host canceled our reservation two hours before check-in because they were supposedly making repairs in the apartment and they couldn't finish it on time, for this reason we lost the money for the lockers that we had bought for the parks, my children were heartbroken because the irresponsibility of this person and to this day I still have not received my money back.
