The hotel's proximity to Broadway shows, subway stations, and Times Square is unparalleled, with walking times of 5 minutes to shows and 10 minutes to subway stations. The lobby exudes sophistication, the staff is exceptional, and my room, although compact as expected, was immaculate. Situated on the 11th floor near the elevator, the room was remarkably quiet. The housekeeping staff, particularly Housekeeper Long, provided outstanding guest service. A convenient water and ice station is located on the 4th floor, which I utilized daily "

"My kid really wanted to stay here, in a bunk bed. So we did. The room was the size of a closet, but that’s a feature not a bug. Each bed had its own TV (mine didn’t work but I didn’t really need it) and charging station. There is no fridge or coffee maker, so if you need them go somewhere else. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious tho. The hotel has a fun vibe and offers tours for guests. "

"Super clean, new property. Liked how the room key only gives you access to certain floors. Hotel staff is super helpful and friendly. Area is very walkable - in/close to Hells Kitchen. A wonderful cafe steps away where we got our morning bagels and coffee. "
