"Stayed as a family of 3. Room had 3 single beds, and a couch that you cannot open. There is almost no room left for walking in the room (small size). However it was very very clean hotel. Staff was going above and beyond. They are very helpful. Here are pros and cons; Pros: Location is perfect (great stores, right across 7/11, very close to Nishiki market, walking distance to shops and Gion). Very safe area, close to several public transportation. Bathroom is very clean and functional. Cons: room size is very small, especially if you have hardcover luggages. Even though light is coming from outside, our room has frosty windows, there is no way to see outside."
