"Good size apartment with all the amenities to make you feel at home. The reception team were really helpful in welcoming us on our first day and walked us through the local area map pointing out restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and the local station. They also helped with receiving some packages that I ordered on Amazon and filled in all the forms for forwarding our luggage to Haneda Airport. Would definitely stay here again."

"It’s a ways away from Kyoto Station so good luck getting too and from with luggage (you can take the karasuma line from Kyoto station and walk about 20 minutes and mostly even sidewalk). "

"Great property in walking distance to multiple stations, shopping areas including the Nishiki market and the Nijo Palace. I also ran to the Imperial Palace and gardens easily enough. Accommodation was big enough for family of 4. The area is quiet and felt very safe. Room was very clean and amenities all supplied. "

"Modern and clean, the rooms are nicely laid out and come with easy to read instructions. Although a little on the smaller size, the rooms are cozy. While there were no laundry facilities available in our room, a laundromat was nearby."

"The apartment itself is quite spacious with a bathroom, bathtub and shower room, kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom with plenty of closet space and balcony, as well as access to a rooftop terrace with tables, chairs and sink. The apartment is located on a quiet street, but is within walking distance to both the busy city streets of Kyoto as well as the peaceful temple areas. "Excellent apartment for an adult family of 5. Very spacious for Japan. Mats on floor were comfortable and used couch as another bed. Doubles in a separate room were very comfortable. Double sink bathroom with separate shower/tub and toilet was very convenient for all of us. Great new space. "
