"Great location with Maruyama Par just across the road and walking distance to most places. The hotel provided a free breakfast that was a pleasant surprise. There was a problem with my booking and the lady on reception took a lot of effort to sort it out for me."

"My family agreed this is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! The staff was kind and professional. The room was comfortable and spacious-had a nice sitting area, very comfortable beds. The shower was luxurious. The laundry in the basement was set up next to a nice lounge area with complimentary snacks and drinks. It was about a 15 minute walk to major shopping, restaurants and Nishiki Market. I wished it was a little closer, but then getting to walk the side streets of Kyoto to get there was a wonderful experience too! "
