"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

I therefore spent the majority of the evening administering additional insulin, to try to bring my blood sugars down. The breakfast was basic, and lacked the beverages being hot enough. "

"Lovely view's from the Yacht, rooms were nice we got a feee upgrade with a balcony which was great! The only thing ill say is there was no tea spoon in the room for coffee machine, no tea spoons at breakfast where you make tea and coffee. There were no small plates ready for use at breakfast with the breads etc. The head of waitress said she was going to get our culterty and never came back with any so i had to leave my breakfast to go find someone else to give me some...breakfast was then...
