"Great place to stay, large and clean room with plenty of amenities. Staff were helpful. Hotel facilities and restaurants were good. So close to the airport with a great shuttle bus service."

"Loved it, great hotel! Would definitely return"

"The lobby and restaurant/bar areas are very nice and have been well updated. Staff was very polite and helpful. It is in a good location for sightseeing. But, they REALLY need to change their signature scent that hits you when you first walk in. NOT pleasant at all. The rooms are very clean but have not been updated in a very, very long time. It is an old hotel. Furniture, original toilets/tubs and carpet from the 70’s. The first rooms our group was given were unacceptable. Strong sewer...

"Alt er fint stor sett, resepsjonisten på natt kunne vært mere hyggelig når man kommer seint. Føler det ble mye spørsmål/ overvåking selv om man er gjest på hotellet."

"I so enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure that you understood directions etc. They helped me sort my phone and connect my e-sim. The food was great. Finding the location was not easy at first, but got easier just when it was time to leave."

"Best hotel in Gotenborg"

"A great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of all the action. Everything is in easy walking distance. The only criticisms I have about the property are the elevator and breakfast service. The elevator can get quite busy and there is only 3 that services this large property. If you’re unable to take stairs, you’re going to be waiting a considerable amount. As well, if you don’t go early for breakfast, you could be waiting upwards of 15 minutes for a table."

"Helpful staff, clean room, great breakfast & excellent location."

"What the staff and online information fail to mention is that the building has many other functions, including a concert hall. Each night we were there they had a DJ in the main lobby that could be heard loud and clear from our room. It went on past midnight and when I asked the staff when it would be stopping they said ‘soon.’ While I appreciate its good to have multiple functions in order to bring in multiple revenues, people pay to sleep at a hotel!"

"The spa and breakfast are worth the price every time."

"جميع الخدمات متوفرة ولكن الاثاث قديم وكذلك فرش ارضية الغرفة والمصاعد تصدر اصوات مزعجة"
