"This is a 2 star hotel and it is good for that category. Quiet and has a nice outside shady deck for sitting. Took hours to cool room. Request for extra towels was handled well. "
"Everything was quick and easy with checking in. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfy! We were within walking distance from the river as it has a private entry to it and our parking spot. Communication with staff was spot on and quick as well!"

"The cabin was very cute and cozy for a couples getaway. The property was well kept and quiet. The cabin came with everything you could need for a stay. It was close to the lake, food options and groceries. The shower is very tiny, if you are over 5’10” you aren’t fitting very well. I also think that blackout curtains needed to be added to the bedroom to block out the bright lights outside. They are in a timer but don’t go off until late. Other than those two things this place was amazing! Would for sure stay here again if we come back. "

"We had a great time at Looking Glass place even with the rain hampering the weekend lake vibes. We had plenty of space in the house to spread out and enjoy our time and entertain ourselves. "

"This is our third time visiting River Rose. We absolutely love this hidden gem that is close to the dam. Although the water is very cold, this home’s river access is top tier. You really have the river to yourself. The host has done a wonderful job making sure the house has all the comforts of home. They are quick to respond if you have any issues or concerns. We were concerned about weather conditions and were given current updates quickly. We cannot wait to book for next summer! "
"My recent stay at this location was very satisfying. The gentleman attendee in reception was friendly. The room was spacious, clean, cool and the beds were very comfortable. The weather did not permit us fo enjoy the lake which is walking distance from the hotel. But all in all I had an enjoyable time at Canyon Lake. I would love to go back to enjoy the lake."

"Took our 18-24 year old kids plus one fiancé on our yearly trip to float the Guadalupe river and enjoy the river a second day in our backyard. We usually stay somewhere on Canyon Lake but this house right on the river was so much better! The backyard multi level deck and river access with lots of toys was perfect for the kids! We had such a good time. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the close proximity to the horseshoe, groceries and restaurants was perfect! We would definitely like to rent the location again! Communication with property managers was fabulous well! Thank you!"
