"Good location. Very secure complex 24/7 guards. Pool was fantastic, clean, good temperature. Could use a few more lounge chairs and umbrellas. On site staff we great, good laundry service and water delivery. Paolo and Alena were great, a few things broke and they replaced / repaired them right away. Lots of linens and towels. Condo was good. We would go back."

"Check in with was good. Complaints were not recorded and acted upon, for example, after a period of heavy rain and thunder one night, upon return to the room it was flooded and the phone was not working. A complaint was made to the lobby but was never conveyed to the next shift (the staff at the crown leaves at 11 pm).
