"The hotel was not as advertised. My room was outdated and had mold in the bathroom and in the main room. I was initially told that I would get a new room on a Sunday but I was scheduled to leave on a Monday. I had issues with electricity in my room the lights went out then started flashing on and off. My friend who travelled with me found mold and ants everywhere in her room too. My friend and I checked out of the hotel the next day. We found a beautiful condo near the beach with better quality than the hotel. I would recommend Expedia to remove this property from the listing or require the property to update accurate information and pictures on the hotel and not to book any rooms that visibly have mold in the rooms because that can lead to illness for guest. I barely slept the one night I stayed and I was happy to leave the hotel the next day. I will leave a positive review for the property owner because he apologized for my issues and promised to refund me for the three nights I didn’t stay and he kept his promise by refunding me for the three nights. Thank you for the refund. "

"The room was very clean, the pool was nice, and the staff was wonderful. Our problem was the Prostitution. You can expect to see around 20 single men staying on their own, and bringing Prostitutes in all night and early morning at breakfast. Not a place for families. "

"My stay was overall good here, the staff at the onsite restaurant, employees and security where on point. My main issue was with the host Alex. He did not have the best communication during my trip. I needed questions answered regarding supplies and nuances during my stay and I had to double and triple text him or it would take him hours or a day later just to get back to me. Overall good stay, poor communication by the host which needs to improve going forward. "

"Our VIP Room was comfortable and spacious! The swim up room was a special treat. Our housekeeping staff was wonderful. The Spa was relaxing and professional. Rosa and Andres were fantastic and very professional. The wait staff in the main dining area were attentive and helpful while the wait staff in the VIP dining were nice but could benefit from some additional training. Overall, our stay was pleasurable and a great escape!"
