"The hotel is inside a gated community which felt very safe. It was on the beach which was beautiful. I stayed with my family at the beginning or the low season it wasn’t crowded at all which was wonderful. The restaurant food and staff were amazing, the hotel concierge were super nice and friendly. The spa girl was great. The rooms were clean and near and beautiful. Some helpful tools for future guests would be to bring your own toiletries and plenty of bug spray. "Arrived and room had mechanical problems with HVAC, fans, remotes for the television. Asked to speak to a maintenance technician to address the problems, hotel staff became very obnoxious with me. Was eventually switched to a new room that had the same problems and more. Left within an hour of arrival and am working on a refund due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the rooms causing me to have to find a new hotel to stay at. "
