"The staffs were very knowledgeable and kind."

"Very convenient location close to the JR lines at Sapporo Station. The hotel room is on the smaller side but has nice amenities. The room was pretty clean and features a good size bathroom with a shower and tub area. We tried the breakfast one morning for just under 2000yen/person and found it to be a good value. There is a Seicomart convenience store right next door and a 7-11 close by too. There is slightly less action on this NE corner of the station compared to the Southside of the station...

"It seems it is further out of the central area, but u can walk (15 - 30 minutes)to most of touristy places! It is next to a park along the river bank!"

"Breakfast options good, excellent soup curry, some fish, meat dishes, salad, yogurt and cornflakes, some baked goods. but the gym is only a few cardio machines. No weights."

"Great location. Clean room. And bathing facility. It was a perfect accommodation staying in Sapporo."

"Ideal location if you using the JR trains."

"The hotel cleanliness was spot clean. The all you can eat included breakfast was amazing. Hotel staff was helpful with answering questions on how to get to your next hotel destination as well as helping with assisting with your luggage delivery. Has an onsen on the top floor however individuals with tattoos are not allowed entry which is understandable. Hotel is roughly a 25 minute walk to the heart of Sapporo (big nikka sign) and its entertainment / major shopping areas."
