"Access to BTS is right there, central Lad Prao also there. Very convenient stay and the staff was the best staff I’ve ever encountered. So many of them and every single one was pleasant. It’s an older hotel now but still nice"

"This is an incredible hotel, stayed here twice and would stay here again. It has a very luxurious feel to it for a great cost. But the front desk staff is always problematic. The front desk check in isn’t smooth whatsoever, and sometimes the people can be quite rude as well. The other staff - restaurant, bellhops, etc. are great, so friendly, but the check in… ugh. "
