Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The design, the service, facilities and most importantly the cleaning standards were not of a 5 star hotel. There was bloody snot on our pillow when we checked in. When I called the reception, they just sent someone with fresh pillows, no apologies. They also skipped cleaning on our second day until we called reception, and they sent someone to clean the room. The hotel lobby and the corridors smell awful and they spray too much perfume everywhere to mask the horrible smell. Service was very average too. The only plus was the location which was convenient.

The staff at the Nysa Hotel were excellent- very friendly & helpful. The Hotel facilities were very modern & beautiful. I was very happy that I selected the Nysa - I will stay there again the next time that I am in Bangkok.

This was a pleasant surprise. Brand New Hotel. The rooms are modern. Great Wifi Good Aircon and The Managers and all the staff are 5 stars. The food is good quality and the gym is perfect. The pool is very big and beautiful. I extended another night because I loved the hotel and the staff so much.
