House keeping staff was very friendly and understanding if we wanted to stay long in our room. Lovy hotel, shame about the lifts not working but the hotel allowed us to use the service lifts. "

"We had an excellent stay. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has friendly and helpful staff. The ping-pong table in the game area was a nice bonus for me and my teenage kid. The cable car stop is right outside of the hotel and another route super nearby. Several excellent breakfast places (as well as Trader Joe's) are nearby. The hotel is on the top of the Nob Hill, so walking to and from is a nice workout. We loved everything about the hotel and our stay!"
