"It was a wonderful experience we stayed in OZO . The bed is super comfy and we have a really good sleep . The stuff was super nice and super helpful . And love the parking system with lift . We don’t have to drive all the way up to the multilevel parking . Simply drive your car into the lift and it will bring you to the parking lot . It was an easy and quick parking system . "Booked 4 rooms for this stay. 1/4 room was perfect, for other 3/4 rooms: A/C was warm and humid, and another room’s pillowcase had a lipstick stain and odour. Staff were excellent, helpful, and accommodating though. A/C was fixed immediately, and a room transfer was obliged. The breakfast selection did not offer a huge variety as I expected, and the porridge was quite cold. Staff was also super helpful and cared about missing items left behind after checkout. Overall, the service is top top. Hotel needs to brush up on room hygiene, maintenance, and improve breakfast variety for a more pleasant stay."
