House was so clean and comfortable. Lots of towels and linens for swimming and pool lounging. Concierge was so so helpful with bookings and questions. "The property is just as pictured in the listing and is beautiful. Communicating with the property manager was a bit of a challenge. They list a phone number but if you don't have a working cell phone when you land, the number is useless. They suggest communicating by WhatsApp and that is fine, as long as you have the internet, which you will not have in your vehicle. So, coordinating with the manager on arrival was a bit of a problem while in transit. The road to the property needs grading as it...

"We LOVED staying here. It was a nice reprieve from the town centre and offered a completely different view being up so high. We did book it because it was walking distance to the beach, but I wouldn't really say it is as it's a pretty dusty dirt road a long way down, so the way back up would be pretty intense."

"Overall great location to tamarindo beach and town. Very clean. Loved the open concept, probably not ideal for infants/toddlers bc of koi pond but we had lots of family helping watch the baby. My older boys enjoyed feeding the fish and swimming in the pool. Property manager was very helpful."

We opted to use the shuttle service to get to and from the VRBO which I would recommend as we arrived shortly after 6pm and it was pitch dark. "Stayed here for guys surf trip. Great layout for 3-4 individuals with own private sleep areas and common rooms. Plunge pool was great for quick cool down and hang out area. 5 min walk to Bodhi Tree yoga resort which had classes every hour plus great breakfasts. 10-15 min walk to town or can call tuk-tuk. House is on quieter side of town and 5 min walk to the beach. Ryan was great help with dinner and surf reservations and wealth of knowledge about the area. Would definately stay here again."

"The villa is just as pictured. And I could literally live in the salt water pool. This home is away from sights, so I definitely suggest arranging a driver, as the roads are difficult to navigate. But this also gives you tranquility. The concierge Dani is absolutely wonderful. She planned the trip ahead of time with us and even helped us with a couple difficulties that arose. We also recommend booking a meal with their kind Chef Adrian."
