"Wonderful condo. Beautiful and relaxing place. Diego was very nice. Pool and surrounding area meticulously maintained. Proximity to the Azul Beach Club Restaurant provide us with some of the best dinners we have had in Costa Rica! Beach was pure Costa Rican Pacific with easy access, an excellent walking experience. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Travel was challenging due the conditions of the roads. This is not for anyone interested in an active nightlife!"

"This place was beautiful and met all our needs. The downstairs family room and upstairs master bedroom has the most beautiful views with tall windows being able to see the ocean and rain forest. The town is a 5-10 min walk and all the restaurants were delicious. "

"The Catalina condo felt like my home! The master bedroom with the ensuite and the fantastic views was fabulous! Comfy bed! Second bedroom with the bathroom across the hall was perfect for my friend. Dinning room, kitchen, living room area was lovely! Enjoyed my breakfasts and lunch at the condo. Plus the fourth floor common area was fantastic to see the amazing views and play some games. "We enjoyed six nights at this beautiful property. The walk from town is very steep (even our rental SUV struggled when we drove), but the trade off to 'being up high' is beautiful views and a much-needed breeze. The pool and rooftop are great. You get a better view of the sunset from the condo than from the beach.Note that the futons are not very comfortable, but they are fine for an occasional night.AC worked great (and was very needed!)As one of the ground floor units, there is limited privacy...
