"I loved my stay at Pinilla Highlands. The views are amazing and the pool was perfect for a dip or to swim laps. The staff, Yuri, Hazel, and O'Neil, went out of their way to make sure your stay was perfect. It was so calm and serene. I went there to heal and received so much more than I ever would have expected. I went to various beaches most days. The only negative would be the dirt roads to get to Pinilla Highlands. I highly recommend this wonderful place to stay!!!"

"Our stay could have been alot better if the small important things were not looked over... Linens we gross, my oldest daughter was complaining of blood stains on her sheets and one of our pillow cases were moldy. There were only 4 bath towels and were not replenished or washed at all after cleaning. Our 1st night there we were locked out as the instruction did not indicate main door to complex closes at 10pm and we could get our golf cart in. We tried to contact the concierge but no one...
