"Lovely rooms just horrible layout with having to walk through the restaurant to get to the stuffy hallway to the room. The signs were not helpful to point us in the needed direction and Malik just stated to go to the elevators behind the wall. Dont use this hyatt if you need to use the shuttle service as it only has "three stops" that it makes"

"We enjoyed this property. So close to Fenway and that was the focus of our trip. Nice space for my husband and I and our 22 and 24 year old sons. They got the pull out and a roll away. Nice for them to each have their own bed without having to pay for two rooms. "

"Stayed here for four days and everything was great. We stayed here last year and got the same experience and will definitely stay again. Everything was clean and the cleaners made sure to change the sheets and towels everyday. The breakfast was good, standard breakfast with meat, eggs, waffles, etc. this is my go to hotel while in Boston. "

"We only had a short stay, but they gave us a ock box code so we could get in since our flight was delayed 3 hours. The area is nice and walkable. We were able to find food at midnight and return for a quiet night sleep. The breakfast of fruit, hardboiled eggs, and banana bread was great. Thanks so much"
