"Our original room was not up to par. There was a stain I was able to wipe off on the sheets, as well as significant staining on the mattress. Fortunately the Manager at this hotel was amazing. He switched rooms for us without hesitation and even upgraded our room. I want to point out that the front desk staff were also great and very friendly. Our second room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Their breakfast selections were very good.Thankfully because of the manager we will stay at Hampton Inn again "

"The staff was so great I was staying due to the proximity to the hospital. My father’s surgery ran longer and the staff was more than accommodating on assisting me with a later check out. The night before the surgery I checked in used the hot tub and enjoyed the UNOs attached to the building. I used the onsite fitness center which was very clean I found the common area bathroom was also extremely clean. All around this was a great experience while not staying for a not so great situation. "

"This was an amazing hotel and loved the closeness to the city. Staff were so kind and they went above and beyond! The lobby area is so hip and fancy! I loved staying there so much and my kids loved the comfortable beds and shower. The view from the window was so fun especially for kids to see trains! "
