"Excellent hotel with small bar fridge and safe and air conditioning. Tram 71 in front brought us to Opera House and Hofburg. Subway/train can go to airport in under 30 mins. 2 mins walk to the beautiful Belvedere gardens free everyday. Room was large and very comfortable with lots of closets and free sauna and steam room. Nice smell in lobby and cleaning staff did a great job everyday."

Housekeeping must be requested in advance. I didn't mind. The bed was comfortable. Overall, I had a very good stay."
