The rooms are so spacious, the staff is incredible, the Restaurnat delightful, the concierge and front desk staff exceeded my expectations with very helpful tips of the city. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the entire property is conveniently located close to a lot of Viennas premier attractions. Wonderful shopping district filled with restaurants. Absolutely stunning hotel. Every last detail in the room was just perfect. Including the jasmine plant on the little terrace that was flowering and smelt amazing. We were sad to leave and had begun planning when we might be able to return before we’d even checked out. Nothing at all to fault. The hotel’s bakery out front was also wonderful.
