"This is a tropical rainforest paradise! The birds and flora/fauna were gorgeous. The staff were outstanding. The food was good at the a la carte options...we did not eat from the buffet. The beach and the thatched umbrella huts were amazing. The only thing we noticed were that there were some minor repairs that needed to happen (leaking air conditioners in both of the rooms we had, a lot of the lighting along the pathways are out, the shower heads were falling off the wall.)"

Staff is friendly and attentive, lunch and dinner at the restaurant we're good, shuttle service was a great addition to visit local attractions and go into town for the day. "

"Had an excellent stay! The Two butlers assigned to the rooms (Oshain & Darron were phenomenal. They made the stay smooth and comfortable. There were many other excellent staff members to help facilitate our needs; staff members such as Amber at the martini bar, Rochelle at the buffett, Britney, and many more! The food for the most part was pretty good. There were good days and there were bad days. Overall there was more good than bad, as the selections was vast. The Japanese restaurant was excellent but I can't say the same for the stake house. The hydrotherapy at the spa was a big plus in my book, so treat your self to at least that at the spa. Overall it was just a wonderful time all around! Excellent staff! excellent beaches! What more can one ask for?"
