"The name of the hotel was Grand Royal Hotel O'Hare by Expedia but it was Holiday inn there and also in gps. So we were confused. Water was dripping in the bath and we couldn't stop it. It needs to be repaired. Bed was nice. If you need to be close to the airport, this hotel is great."

"The hotel was a great launching point for a busy day at the airport. Room was clean, amenities and towels aplenty, and all the accoutrements- fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Friendly staff, and breakfast opened at 6am to accommodate early flyers. Grateful for this option!"
