"I really enjoyed my stay here . The hotel is very historical and is known for hosting beautiful weddings, it’s huge , restaurants on property, and is very close to everything there is to see in downtown Chicago . Very close to the river walk , millennium park, coffee shops/breakfast, the loop , Taco Bell , primark , aquarium etccc love it there and would definitely come back another time !!! The city is such a vibe and lots of people walking the street even at 10:00 at night a lot of people out and about and it made me feel safe and not alone ! "

"This is my 4th time staying at Hyatt regency chicago love the area walkable to almost everything hotel as usual very clean staff very nice and friendly ( parking is pricey just like any other hotels in downtown Chicago)"

"As a solo traveler, I felt safe the entire time I was here and in the areas surrounding the hotel. The staff were friendly and the interior of the hotel lobby is beautiful. The hotel was clean and centrally located to all the things you “have to see/do” when in Chicago! "

"We love Swissotel. Our room was spacious with a great view. Only complaint was the AC couldn’t get the room cool enough to sleep comfortably. This is our favorite hotel in the city. "

"Convenient location near millennium park and Chicago river walk. Driving using gps and walking is tricky due to different street levels. Remember to ask about any vip perks via expedia as they didn't mention it. No fridge in our room and i didn't bother to ask. "
