"Very nice relaxing stay. The man at the door to greet us was lovely. Staff in reception and in the bar were fantastic. We will definitely be back."

"Fab staff, brekkie was delicious and the rooms was gorge. Loved the NESPRESSO and the shower was powerful and lovely. Super close to the station, and so easy to walk to all the parts of Manchester we needed. Great hotel, really recommend"

"This is a very new hotel and is very clean the rooms are great we got the entry level room and the bed was very comfortable and the shower had a good pressure, only thing that was a letdown was the breakfast I do not recommend it, there is only one coffee machine and otherwise filter coffee, the hot breakfast choice was lacklustre and the pastries were good, i would recommend if you do choose it to go early to avoid queuing we went at 6:45 weekday and there was practically nobody. The staff were...

"قيمة التأمين عاليه تم حجز ليله واحده وتم حجز 400 باوند تأمين؟؟؟ تعامل موظف الاستقبال غير جيد"

"Very clean and nice room! Everything was very modern and easy to use. Only problem is no fridge or microwave, coming from Canada I’ve learned this is a norm in the UK to not have a fridge or microwave but I wish they did have one! The bar had a good atmosphere and staff was very helpful!"

"Nice hotel lobby and staff were great but bedrooms were very basic and grubby with very uncomfortable mattresses"

"This was an amazing stay with wonderful staff and good ambience. Young people or under 50s will really enjoy it. I was not able to maximise my enjoyment because there was no kettle for tea or coffee in the room. Though there is complimentary unlimited drinks in the foyer. You have to come down from your room. That's a No no in my sixties... otherwise I would be back ten times and over"

"Good location and comfortable rooms. The staff is available all the time if you need anything."

"Everything from checking in to leaving was excellent Room was great, comfy bed, large TV and toiletries in the bathroom were very good. Fabulous breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Ubicacion, instalaciones, habitacion, accesabilidad"

"Everything about the hotel was fabulous. All staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Good location. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of food and drinks. Plenty of shops and bars around the hotel. Convenient location for the coop live arena and the Etihad Stadium. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you to everyone who looked after us during our stay."

"Convenient location. 10 minute walk into the city centre, Corn Exchange, Arndale Centre etc 20 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly. Very quiet room despite facing a very busy road."

"Lovely hotel with quirky decor and helpful, friendly team. Room was large with great blackouts and no traffic noise. The bed was so comfy. Bar was relaxed and we timed it right for Happy Hour. Will definitely stay here again. Many thanks."

"Check-in advertised at 3pm but the room isn’t ready at 3. Reception staff tries to gaslight saying they are not responsible for that, claiming it’s not guaranteed as it depends on the housekeeping? Like huh? In the messages with the hotel they clearly say check-in is available starting from 3, there is no room for misinterpretation. 3pm sharp the room must be ready. Breakfast is not worth the money, disgusting coffee and the yogurt had green mold on it. Upon reporting to the breakfast person he...
