"We stayed at the Dakota Hotel for our anniversary and while the hotel itself is undeniably stylish, there were a few disappointing aspects that didn’t match the standard being presented. The interiors are beautiful and the overall atmosphere is lovely, especially for a special occasion. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were polite and welcoming. However, the parking was a let-down. The car park felt quite scruffy and poorly maintained, and having to pay extra for it didn’t feel...

"Clean room and just what was needed for night due to concert at co op live but as we was ringing as we couldn’t sort parking they was just cutting the call off and after about 20 minutes we got an answer "

"The hotel is really nice, the twin room we stayed in, although not as big as some, was cosy and well equipped. With a coffee machine and mini bar, a wide screen tv and a fabulous ultra modern wet room, it had everything we wanted in a hotel stay. Reception staff were very welcoming and efficient, and the bar was a small and intimate space to enjoy a drink. The only downside to our stay was the breakfast. The continental selection was brilliant with a wide choice of hot and cold drinks, cereals...

"Staff were friendly and really went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. People had brought their dogs too. "

"Lovely hotel and very handy for tge station. Rooms on the small side but ok for a short stay. My only complaint is the use of paper cups in the rooms. We coukdnt pick up tge vips as they were too hot and then one of them started leaking. A couple of china mugs and some glasses for water please."

"Traveled with 2 teenagers and room was small but fine, not much room for luggage but was nice to have 2 single beds for our teenage girls and good for 1 night. Clean and very close to picadilly train station. One complaint: We had dinner here because it was easy when we were jetlagged after a very long flight but it was absolutely awful. Do not eat here! Was worse than a heat up microwave meal. And very expensive. Apart from the food it was a great spot to stay."

"Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena . Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut . Great communication though and excellent overall . Would stay again for sure."
