Getaway to the Pacific Shores' - Ocean View Condo B

Island life at its BEST! The Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose Bay. Your stay includes access to all the resort amenities such as the pool, hot tub, gym, shared BBQ, and fire bowl. The resort also features a NEW spa and restaurant. This hotel style studio is ocean facing, will accommodate up to 2 guests; there is a king bed and pull-out double couch with a double mattress. Nearby are beaches, hiking trails, kayaking, scuba diving, paddle boarding, artisan markets, and golf.

Your stay includes access to the resort amenities such as the pool, hot tub, fitness club, common BBQ, and fire bowl. Enjoy seasonal use of free rentals of paddle boards, kayaks and retro style cruiser bikes, as well as an indoor games room with pool table and ping pong. There are also 6 Pickle Ball courts on-site.

A brand-new on-site restaurant just opened on the property a few months ago ~ PACIFIC MOON RISING Bar & Grill. December 2023 was the grand opening of the Aqua Terre Spa.

Suite (B)
This studio suite is perfect for short-term stays and business travel. The open concept layout includes a fireplace, covered patio, smart TV, and modern furnishings and decor. This hotel style suite has a king size bed. The suite will comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The suite has a microwave, coffee machine, glassware, basic dishes, cutlery and a mini fridge for a quick meal. The suite does not include a kitchen, kitchen or bar sink, or a separate bedroom space. The suite is similar to a hotel room. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Suite (B) can be combined with the adjoining suite (A) which offers a 1-bedroom condo style suite with a king size bed and pull out couch with a queen mattress. Suite A comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. When both suites are open, the spaces accommodate up to 6 guests. Please contact us for more details.

The suite has a private entrance and is equipped with a keypad for self-check-in & check-out

Guests can use the stairs or the elevator to access the suite

The parkade is free and located adjacent to the building; there is no assigned parking

This vacation home is managed by a vacation home property management company.

Guests will correspond with a member from the guest services team.

Set along side beautiful Craig Bay, our thirteen-acre property included gardens, trails, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, barbeques, a selection of seasonal lawn games as well as a 10 court Pickle Ball facility. The resort is a perfect destination for relaxation and fun.

Suite B is not pet friendly.

Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas

No smoking, vaping or cannabis use in the condo or on the deck

No loud music or noise on the deck

There are k-cups provided for the Keurig coffee maker and sugar, but guests will need to supply their own cream.

Pool towels are provided in the unit, please ensure you bring them back from the pool.

The Indoor pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the suite.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 11pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don't leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.

Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas:
Resort guests, and visitors must not smoke or vape on strata property. All forms of smoking and vaping are prohibited as follows:
-within strata lots,
-common property and limited common property, including but not limited to hallways, elevators, parking garages, stairs, patios and balconies, and
-on any land that is common property or a common asset, except in marked outdoor smoking areas designated by strata council.

When checking-out, please remember to,

- Please return the amenities key is returned to the hook by the >>>>>
- Please put used towels in the bathtub.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Netflix or streaming accounts.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.
