The hotel had elegant decor and the room was clean and luxurious. Ameer from Rayna Tours provided excellent tour options which were truly a once in a lifetime experience. Breakfast was deliciously exquisite and the personalized service was impeccable. Met breakfast attendant Khalid Karadisi on the first day and he remembered my name every single time I entered the breakfast area. "I stayed for 5 days and the experience was amazing. From valet FREE parking to easy access to public transportation. Staffing was great from arriving to the hotel to all amenities it has to offer. All other bad reviews of the elevators and everything else did not have no relevance to my stat. Everything was fine and up to par. The pool has one of the best views in the whole Dubai in general. I have recommended this to friends and family. Will definitely stay here again. Transportation is walkable as the train station is about a 3 min walk. Close to the museum as well. Amazing experience "
