"beautiful ambiance of an APA hotel. beautiful, clean and staffs were friendly . the food in the buffet and dinner were delicious.close to Dotonbori."

"There was about a 7 inch step to climb into the bathroom. We did not have a tape measure, but you could stack two rolls of toilet paper on each other. It was the weirdest design. The toilet was in one room and the sink was in a different room across a gap with the same 7 inch step. The location was very good and the staff were very helpful. There were three laundry machines, and one was out of commission which prolonged the time to get it done. They do not have regular TV programming, but you can login and stream shows if you have a service. They do have stairs and a ramp in front. The tiled ramp looked precarious to me so I always used the stairs. If you are only looking for a good location, this is a great hotel for you."
