"The rooms are tiny, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very dark, poorly lit throughout, I guess it was part of the theme of the property. Breakfast was okay, but you sometimes had to wait for a seat."

"Location & Staff 10/10. Room was very small and I did not expect it to be too outdated. The carpet is too dark for me even though I think it’s cleaned every use, since the room looks old I think the carpet is still dirty so I am quite anxious stepping on it barefoot. I believe an upgrade to the room like adding furnishings and remodelling it will definitely benefit everyone. Overall, this hotel served well its purpose."

"Adjacent to beautiful NAMBA Parks mall and NAMBA City mall. New property, next to train station, 12 min walk to the riverbank. Nice size bedrooms, free quality coffee & soda in the nice modern lobby area. Laundry area. Fantastic helpful and friendly staff. Always ready to help.They also helped us send our bags to our next hotel in Kyoto via courier. Really happy we stayed there. Thank you."
