"Stay away from this hotel! Staff are rude, arrogant and disrespectful! I was called “Ahole” by front desk agent on Jun/6 2:35 am. I was driving from Cincinnati to Cleveland and I knew I will arrive late. I called hotel at 10:39 pm to notify them about late arrival around 2 AM. The front desk agent said no problem we will be waiting for you. I arrived at 2:35 AM finding out from the front desk staff that my reservation is gone!! I was frustrated so I asked what to do, I just drove 3.5 hours...

"I wish I could have stayed here longer. The room was so big and wonderfully appointed. Kitchen super nice with all the things you need. Le Labo in the bathrooms. On the downside, the bedroom has no windows and the living room also is likely in a courtyard as it was all a bit dark. But would be a fabulous place to stay for longer term. Also 2 bathrooms! A powder room outside of the bedroom if you have guests."

"The valet attendants were fantastic; helpful & friendly. As a solo, female, traveling I always felt safe coming and go from the hotel. The doors lock at 10pm and require a room key for entry. The desk attendants were very friendly, always had a hello/good morning/evening. The room was small, but stunning! I chose the hotel for the aesthetics and they did not disappoint! I would absolutely stay again."
