"Loved: shuttle picked up from airport & offered transport to restaurants close to hotel; decor of the hotel; breakfast; quaint decor; comfortable bed; friendly staff; Issues with: Slow elevator; burnt iron; sofa looked worn; smelled strange upon entrance into the hotel initially; small mini deflated bed pillows; front desk guy (older gentleman) fishing for people to send in reviews and mention his name so he could get $5- was sarcastic in replies to concerns expressed. Overall good stay!"

"Numerous problems, i.e., sticky floors, unsecured and low-bandwidth wifi, having to ask daily for towels and wash cloths, low supply of breakfast foods, etc. Perhaps the worst problem was the ultra low pressure water in shower!"

"Nothing stood out about the facility."

"I liked it"

"The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good."

"The only complaint I had was that my sink faucet was extremely loose. Someone probably needs to go in there and replace it or tighten it down."

"Great"

"Staff was very helpful"

"Very clean. Comfortable bed"

"It is not a hotel. It is a collection of condos. Room(s) were huge. Beautiful view of the city. Very limited staff. Could not work local tv or thermostat and no one could help. Sketchy part of town. I would pick a livlier place next time but would be great for a family going to see a downtown sporting event. Near neat stuff."

"I didn't encounter any problems."

"My only complaint was, upon arriving and checking in, we were told that the pool was heated. We came early with our granddaughters and were excited to take them swimming. The pool was the coldest pool that I’ve ever felt. We told the staff about it, we stayed two nights and the temperature never got warmer. We could not let those 5 month old, 3 and 5 year olds swim in this ice bath."

"The hotel is amazing. We travel with a cat. They treat you and your pet so friendly and thoughtful. The only complaint is they have a long counter in the bathroom area, but there is no outlets to plug in flat irons, hair dryer etc. Only outlet is the coffee pot or refrigerator plug. Not very convenient. Great stay, wonderful bartender!"
