"This fantastic hotel provides exceptional service and a friendly staff. The full buffet breakfast is an excellent way to begin your day. We also particularly enjoyed the tea time and the tranquil outside areas on the terrace and the third floor.

"I recently stayed in April 2025 everyone was nice and very helpful. I felt safe in the area at night when I explored the city being out til 12am. It’s convenient the train station wasn’t far at all I love that I wasn’t far from Shibuya or Shinjuku or Akihabara I love Japan going back😊💕"
