"A historic building in an historic plaza. It was lovely during the day and quiet at night.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I received clear instructions before arriving on how to find the hotel.
Delightful surroundings but not for those with mobility issues. "
"We had a two night stay on our way to other places in Italy and thoroughly enjoyed the location. The inn was excellent and in a great location for touring the city."
"Exactly how it is described and very near the train station. Walkable distance to all the things to do around there. I really enjoyed my stay there. "

"The property is in a great location in Arezzo and the owner communicated clearly, thoroughly with us and this was much appreciated since we are still novice VRBO users. Not having a designated parking spot caused some frustration when we ended up finding an open spot a block away. "

Charming & Luxury Historic Guest House in the Center of Arezzo ( Tuscany)
10/10 Excellent
"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, historic apartment in Arezzo. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged—every detail showed care and attention. Stefano, our host, was amazing—so welcoming and incredibly communicative throughout our stay. One of the highlights for our family was his sweet dog, Spritz, who quickly became a favorite playmate for our toddler. The charm of the apartment, combined with the warmth of the host and his furry companion, made our time in Arezzo truly special. Highly recommended!"
Historic Frescoed Apartment with garden in the center of Arezzo
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed at multiple locations in Arezzo but this one is by far my favorite. I much appreciated the beautiful restoration of the historic apartment, the way Stefano paid attention to every little detail, the creative way the old and the new coexist. Stefano has been an amazing guest, with valuable answers to any inquiry. Be back soon!"
"This is a quirky spot in a building where attention has been paid to every aspect of the design. The room was interesting and comfortable with the only slight downside being that the bathroom is separated by a curtain rather than a wall which is not to everyone’s taste. It’s in a great location in a stylish shop and cafe and an interesting, historic palazzo. I would definitely recommend"
"This was our first ever stay in Italy, and it was such a good one. I cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts of this BnB are very kind, welcoming, flexible and we were able to communicate quite easily with them. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable and the shared living room/terrace is so beautiful. I highly recommend getting the breakfast included! It was very generous and incredibly delicious. It is obvious the care the hosts take to provide the pretty and useful details to this place.
The BnB is located right in the centre of town, less than five minutes from the main square and the Basilica, and about 12 minute walk to the Arezzo train station. The town is a beautiful hidden gem.
10/10 recommend this place to stay. We had an amazing time. "
"Charming hotel right on the town square. Modern bathroom, great water pressure. Comfortable bed with crisp linens. Good air conditioning. Check-in with Simona next door was delightful and included a free glass of wine."
