"We are just back from a wonderful break at the villa in early May 2024. The villa is better than the listing shows as they have refurbished since the photos were taken. Very clean and comfortable with full amenities. We had beautiful weather so were able to really enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas and a dip in the lake. We really enjoyed a peaceful week, mainly hanging out at the villa."

"A wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Great garden. Plenty of space to spend time in the house. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. "Pro's and cons: Pro's first: good location, a short drive from Luino, a good sized lakeside town. You can take ferries from Luino all round the lake, including to the Borromean islands. You'll have to spend some time aquainting yourself with the ferry timetable and a map of the lake. Nothing much goes on in Dumenza itself.
