What a wonderful stay! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go above and beyond to help us. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated everything they did for us! If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend!

The location was great. A bit of a walk uphill from Locarno, but the bus ran frequently and the trips were free with the Ticino ticket. The owners were simply amazing--super attentive and helpful and just the nicest people. We stayed on the top floor, with an amazing view. Just be aware the top floor has a shared toilet and shower between 5 rooms. Each room still has sinks however. It was never an issue, and the facilities were spotless. The provided breakfast and coffee were fantastic. Travel costs in Switzerland can be expensive, so this perk was very appreciated. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone else visiting this absolutely stunning city.

Review for Hotel Alexandra, Locarno

Very helpful staff, we have recommended the hotel to our daughter. Good location, & bus stop out the front. A buffer breakfast was included, & it offered a nice variety of options.

A very cordial and warmly run hotel. Small but nice with staff who read every wish from your lips. Really highly recommended! A 10-minute walk from the centre. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. And not far from good shopping facilities (Denner and Migros).

Perfect.

This truly was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The hospitality, the room, the breakfast, bus passes, the beauty, everything was perfect and would definitely recommend and return.
