"We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It is located in a great area of Xlendi, within walking distance to swim, eat and take in the beautiful scenery. Alfred and his wife were excellent hosts, always on hand for any help and communication was very good. We hired a car from the airport which was easy to do and enabled us to explore the island. "BLOCK hotel is simply lovely. Cosy base for Gozo. Quiet in winter months but wonderful scenery. South west Gozo has stunning cliffs and walks. Victoria the capital is nearby with buses thence to the whole island. I had the most relaxing time. Room was quiet, no window but not needed as only slept there. Food was amazing and barman and waitress charming. Live entertainment Thu-Sunday and a real hub for divers, if that is what you are into (Not me but seemed like a super professional set up)....

"Hotel is undergoing change in management and updates. Our room was very spacious and provided everything we needed. The location to restaurants and bus is great. Views are unsurpassed. Sunset amazing. Recommend the water view rooms. Enjoyed rooftop pool. Full complimentary breakfast was delicious. The entire staff was very helpful and polite. Would choose this hotel again."
