Rooms were really clean, most of the pool areas were clean apart from Limonata which had cups everywhere! Sabi was lovely, staff and food were brilliant. Coffee shop was excellent, cakes were exquisite. Only downfall was when it was a restaurant in the evening they didn’t have enough staff and floors were a bit of a mess. However the staff and the food were great. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Just got home and already planning our next trip! The hotel is nearly perfect. Had a few minor hiccups that were all quickly and professionally handled by the incredible staff. Loved the on-site spa! Exceptional services. The beach clubs were our favorite poolside experiences. Carvv and Ombre became our go-to food spots at the hotel. We also found there are some great restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. Overall, well worth the stay!

Food was lovely, staff were friendly (except one member of staff in the Ombré restaurant) hotel was very clean, shops in the hotel are a rip off, gym was small. The Sabi pool area and restaurant across the road was brilliant! Kids pool and infinity pool was really good, didn’t get to see the adults only area as the kids were attached to us (unfortunately we’re not blessed with grandparents)

We had a great stay as a family of four at the end of August. Our two rooms were lovely and the room staff were very good. We were fully inclusive and generally the food was very good and there was a nice choice. It was a little confusing about which restaurants were included though. We were briefly explained it and given a leaflet when we checked in, but it is difficult to take it all in when you’ve first arrived. There was a 10.30 morning guide around the hotel which we didn’t do which might have been helpful as there are quite a few different parts to the hotel. You had to book your evening meal using the qr code and we nearly didn’t get a space at the sabi restaurant as it was nearly fully booked. We did on the final evening and the food was delicious. A great hotel.

An odd property with sections which are largely unused and very tired, and others which are substantially better. It seems to be luck of the draw which you get. We were initially given a family room, which was sold as having a sea view - but one of the bedrooms didn’t have any windows at all, even though a curtain was present suggesting a window… but was actually hiding a wall. In essence, a wardrobe. In the end we were moved to interconnecting rooms and the stay was pleasant, albeit with bathrooms the size of a postage stamp and bath towels no bigger than hand towels at most other hotels. There is a peculiar beach club, new and uber trendy, but sunbeds have to be booked using an app in advance, and we never managed to get in. Some staff are very friendly, others average. Big thank you to Andrea, Director of Rooms who helped where the deputy manager and front desk staff wouldn’t.

I stayed in a corner room on the 5th floor with a west-facing sea view. Unfortunately, as soon as I entered the room, I found it to be very hot and stuffy. I left the air conditioning running for over an hour, but the room still did not cool down enough. Throughout my 5-day stay, whenever I stayed in the room during the afternoon, it was simply not cool or comfortable enough. In a hot destination like Malta, I think having an air-conditioning system that can properly cool the room should be a basic requirement. There were also a few other issues. In 2026, I was surprised that the TV did not support YouTube. The Wi-Fi signal was also very poor. I could not get a reliable connection from either the sofa or the bed; I had to go closer to the bathroom or the entrance to get a usable signal. This was my second stay at a Hilton hotel, and on both occasions I felt that the facilities were relatively dated. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations for a Hilton property. The sea view was very nice, but considering the room comfort and the condition of the facilities, I may consider other hotel brands for my next trip rather than choosing a Hilton property again.
