"Room was clean, breakfast was very good with lots of choices.
Swimming pool was great with very attentive staff
There was a constant damp/sewer smell in the main lobby and also in our room. Shower head was spraying water in all directions and when the shower was on the bathroom smelt of the same damp/ sewerage smell.
Asked booking in receptionist if we could be booked in near the party we were travelling with and were given a room at the opposite end of the hotel without even telling us there...
"We had the most warm welcome and found all staff to be so kind and helpful
Lovely setting with indoor and outdoor pools with a high standard of cleanliness"
"The room was large and looked very clean but there is a musty odour throughout the hotel and the long hallway to get to the elevator appeared poorly maintained as evidenced by the odour and stained ceiling. We found two very large bugs in our room the first night which we reported to cleaning staff but in fairness someone before us might have left the patio door open because my husband didn’t think it was a cockroach.
The walk up to the ferry and the surrounding area is very dangerous, with...
"The public areas of the hotel were clean and tidy but unfortunately the rooms are tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The noise from the air conditioning was appalling. A block of rooms on the lower floor were plagued by a droning noise from air conditioning machinery servicing the whole hotel. Even with the air conditioning off in your room the droning was unbearable, preventing sleep at night. I was moved to a different room but only 4 rooms away and whilst it was slightly better...
"Everything about my stay was amazing. All the staff members were super helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety. They let you order things that you wanted them to make for breakfast. And the pool was super clean."
