B&B in Gozo Region

"This day was not what we expected at all. First and foremost when looking at the advert for this day, it states a one bedroom one bath duplex. When you click on pictures, it talks about having a private pool, private bathroom and entrance in a space, alter yourself. When I went through the booking and looked at the room available it insured me that I was booking for a one bit one bath private duplex. When I got to the space, it was actually one room and a private duplex with a bathroom that was unattached to the room. Meaning it was in the hallway filled with other rooms. Apparently our bathroom was private and it didn’t have a key, but I don’t really know if it was really as private as it said. I’m going to try to get a refund for this day as well. Talking to Alex the man who operated the site was very difficult as he refused to let me talk and every time I would open my mouth, ask a question or to speak about what I saw. He told me it was my fault for misinterpreting the advert. Not one City actually fully let me talk even after I asked him to please let me talk. he still continue to interrupt and be disrespectful. "

"Friendly staff, spectacular, picturesque location, amazing rooms! Everything you'd need in a comfortable stay, really. But for those who like locations that are close to a city or close to shopping, just know that Kempinski's location is a little remote."

"This property has an amazing outdoor pool...the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The dining options are varied and delicious.. buffet breakfast was decent and had multiple choices available. my room had a sensational ocean view and I enjoyed my stay. They offer luggage storage but it wasn't really locked up, so keep that in mind. It is walkable from the Gozo fast ferry but there is no sidewalk part of the way and the traffic with the ferry line can be kind of crazy especially Sunday nights. I got a great price. I would definitely stay again."

"Lovely hotel with outstanding views from the balcony. Very relaxed vibe. Food (Breakfast,dinner and room service) was amazing and plentiful. Rooms basic but clean and have all you need for a stay on a beautiful island. Customer service was great and they aim to make your stay a good one. Nice pool areas and surrounding area felt very safe. Bus service around 8 mins walk away near Xerri and takes you straight into the centre of Gozo (Victoria). Download the Talinja app for bus timetables and directions. Cabs used (e cabs and bolt) were also friendly and punctual and not expensive. "

"Looks like the hotel has had a refurb, modern, smart looking, clean , spacious, nicely matched furniture in the bedroom. The rooftop pool and bar were still being updated, but will look great. Fan and aircon in room. Nice bathroom with all over / rainforest shower. "

"Great for walking the coast path, beautiful spring flowers, we explored the island easily, we used Bolt (Maltas answer to uber) when we’d had enough walking, just order on the app, the longest we waited was 7 minutes & very reasonably priced."

"I had another enjoyable stay bringing back good memories of previous visits. Just sad the pool was closed off for repair. Also they have still not put a holding rail to the wall for when in shower."
