"Room I had on first floor with a double bed was very spacious and new with a couch, desk, wardrobe cabinet and had fridge and microwave. Bathroom spacious and new as well. Keurig coffee and snack at front desk in morning. Desk staff very friendly."

"Only stayed one night but I was really impressed with this place. So much so, that I will look to stay here on my next trip to NYC. First-timers to NYC may want to be closer to Times Square/Midtown but for a subsequent trip this place is perfect. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within a short walk and the Hudson River walkway is a real gem. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant (excellent) and breakfast the following morning (also excellent). Even had a drink on the rooftop bar - unfortunately too cold to sit outside but looked excellent too! Will definitely be back. Rooms on the small side but spotlessly clean and well laid out. Staff on desk and in restaurant also lovely. Well done, Arlo Soho!"

"Nice property, convenient to the airport, with lots of amenities. The staff is very professional and accomodating- trying to fulfill requests, whether for more hangers, towels, or wifi assistance. "

"The location of this hotel was the best part. 8 min walk to subway station, and 12 min walk to Times Square. Staff was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. My room had a great view and bed was comfortable, very clean too. Housekeeping staff and services were very friendly. The only thing negative is there is no hair dryers in the room, but that wouldn't stop me from coming back! "
